We understand that plans can change. To respect our esthetician’s time and allow us to accommodate other guests, we ask that all appointments be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service price and may be required to prepay for future appointments. Guests arriving late may have their service shortened to avoid delaying the next appointment. If there is not enough time remaining to safely perform the service, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and treated as a late cancellation. We truly appreciate your understanding and consideration of our time and other guests.
